Although smAily also works with background noise and limited sound quality, you will get the best results in a quiet environment with clear sound quality. Here are some tips to optimize accuracy:

Which languages does smAily understand?

smAily supports more than 50 languages, including Swiss German, with advanced speech recognition models. Is all the information in minutes accurate?

Large language models are not truth machines.

The accuracy of minutes from smAily may vary as the app is based on large language models that are based on probabilities ("probalistic") and are not always perfect. Therefore, you should not regard minutes as the only or absolute source of truth. Various factors influence the quality and accuracy of minutes:

Audio recording quality: A clear and interference-free recording delivers better results.

Context provided: The more context information is available, the more precisely the AI can work.

Development of the language model: The system is constantly evolving. Updates can therefore improve performance and are recommended.

It is important that you check the accuracy of the log upon receipt and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that all information is correct and complete.

Functions of the app

Does the app automatically recognize all speakers?

Yes, the app can recognize different voices and assign them to the respective speakers at minutes .

For best results, we recommend ensuring that the environment is free of interference and placing the smartphone as close as possible to the person speaking.

Don't forget to check the minutes upon receipt to ensure that all information has been entered correctly.

In what form do I receive the minutes?

Once your meeting has been completed, smAily will automatically send you the minutes by email. You will receive it as a Word document so that you can edit or forward it directly if required.

Depending on your needs, you can choose between three versions of the minutes: verbatim, compact or detailed. This gives you the flexibility to use the format that best suits your meeting.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I test the app free of charge?

Absolutely! Use the 7-day free trial period to explore smAily and all its features without obligation. You can record up to 200 minutes and receive up to five minutes. After the trial period, you can choose the subscription that suits you best.

Which subscriptions are available to me?

smAily offers you three subscription levels that are tailored to different usage requirements:

  • Basic: ideal for individuals or small teams.
  • Business: perfect for medium to large teams. For individual offers and detailed information, please contact us directly.
  • Enterprise: designed for large companies or organizations. Contact us for a personal consultation and customized solutions.

Each subscription is available as a monthly or annual payment option, with the annual subscription offering a 33% discount and is particularly suitable for regular users.

Security and data protection

Does smAily store my meeting data?

No, smAily does not save audio files or texts from your logs or summaries.

For billing and statistical purposes, we only record metadata such as the time of the request, the IP address or the number of log minutes processed.

Where and how is my data processed?

Your data is processed on the smAily platform. We rely exclusively on certified partners such as Exoscale, AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure in Switzerland.

Is my personal data secure?
